November, 2011
The 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Galiano Community Loan Fund Society will be held on Sunday, December 4 at the South Galiano Community Hall, beginning at 1:00 pm.

The public is welcome to attend the AGM, but only Society members may vote. Society members are the persons who have loaned money to the Society, for the purpose of guaranteeing loans made by the CCEC credit union to Galiano Islanders.

November, 2010
The President’s Report was presented by Anita Braha at the Galiano Community Loan Fund Society’s AGM on November 13. The report summarizes the Society’s activities over the past year, and can be downloaded here.

October, 2010
The first Annual General Meeting of the Galiano Community Loan Fund Society will be held at the south Galiano Community Hall at 11 am on Saturday, November 13. There will be a report from the directors, a financial report, and election of directors for 2010-2011. The public is invited to attend, but only members of the Society may vote. (Members are the founding directors and individuals who have loaned money to the Fund.) A light lunch will be served following the meeting.

June, 2010
The Galiano Community Loan Fund is up and running! Islanders have pledged more than $100,000 so far to the Galiano Community Loan Fund, and the Fund is now accepting applications for loan guarantees.
